Residential facilities are no longer available
Times change and many of the organisations that have regularly used the facilities at Felbury House have either found difficulty in obtaining the necessary funding or have sought different ways of delivering their training as a result bookings have declined over the last 5 years.
Providing residential accommodation has become increasingly competitive and Felbury House residential activities no longer contribute to our charitable work, indeed maintaining Felbury House has become a financial drain on our resources.
It is with regret therefore that to ensure the continuation of our vital charitable work we can no longer offer the residential facilities here at Felbury House. As a result The Lifetrain Trust has moved to offices in Fetcham; this action has been driven by a strategic decision to restructure the work of the charity and to reallocate its resources to meet the increased demand for its core youth work and disability services throughout Surrey.

Rentwood is situated near the centre of Fetcham a short distance from the A246.
