Facilities
The Felbury centre offers unparalleled levels of access. The centre was designed with
disabled people in mind, all the buildings are single storey, so there are no staircases
and all entrances are ramped.
The centre offers high quality fully accessible accommodation for groups of up to 45 people. The bedrooms are all twin or triple with ensuite shower, toilet and hand basin. The showers are open with no steps and have plenty of handrails, shower seats, tap turners and additional support for the toilets are available should they be needed.
The accommodation includes a large dining room, a lounge that can be used for informal training and two formal training rooms. All the normal training accessories and Internet access is available if required.
To assist the hearing impaired vibrating pagers, attached to the fire alarm system and a loop are available, we have a minicom. Every effort to assist the visually impaired has been made, including large print versions of information and the
handrails are painted yellow.
Our fleet of vehicles each have tail-lifts and removable seats to facilitate wheelchairs.
The catering team deliver good home cooked food in the dining room for up to 50 guests and the well appointed lounge offers an informal space to relax. We can cater for special dietary requirements.
All our staff undergo induction training including customer care, food hygiene and disability equality to ensure a welcome and enjoyable visit to Felbury every time.

We have 20 well appointed twin and triple rooms all with ensuite bathrooms.
The training room can accommodate up to 30 and includes AV equipment.
