Youth Work Accredited Training
The Lifetrain Trust is an approved centre with ABC (Awarding Body Consortium) to offer pre-professional/vocational qualifications in youth work.
Our training team are all qualified youth work practitioners with a diverse range of experience and specialist skills. They are qualified assessors and internal verifiers.
Three of the team are also external verifiers, moderators and examiners for ABC.
Youth Support Worker Qualifications
We offer the Vocationally Related Qualification (VRQ) and the National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) at levels 2 and 3 to youth support workers in both the voluntary and statutory youth work sectors. These courses are endorsed by the National Youth Agency (NYA) and are on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
The Lifetrain Trust has partnerships with several youth services to deliver the qualifications at all levels and was the first ABC centre in the country to successfully deliver the NVQ Level 3.
A1 and V1 Assessor and Verifier Qualifications
Through our partnership with Active Personal Learning (APL), Guildford our team can offer youth workers and others the assessor and verifier qualifications that underpin NVQ's.

We have trained in excess of 250 youth workers in the past 3 years using the UK Youth Volunteer and Part Time Worker Training Accreditation Scheme.
